or fill out the online pre-booking form below as the first contact (additional information will be requested later)

Following receipt of this information, The Residence-Neuchâtel will send you a housing allocation proposal.

Mailing of the application form and the required documents + payment of the administrative fees of CHF 250.00 (which will be deduced from your 1st rent).
Upon receipt of your application, and provided it is complete, we will send you by e-mail the lease agreement that you will have to send us back signed with the proof of payment of the deposit corresponding to 3-month rent without charges, and the proof of payment of the 1st rent, within 5 working.
We will contact you in order to fix an appointment for your check-in.
