For students choosing to deliver the Rental Guarantee through another bank (3 months of net rent), it will be a Rental Guarantee Contract in triplicate (bank, lessor, tenant). You will need :
- the physical presence of the applicant to do so
- a valid passport / identity card
- a copy of the lease agreement signed by all parties
- a certificate of residence permit delivered by Neuchatel municipality
